Customer resources
The first step in any repair is an accurate, detailed estimate. Phil Long provides written estimates at no charge. No work begins until you review the estimate and approve it.

The Repair Process
When you drop off your vehicle, your estimator reviews the damage assessment with you, explains what will be repaired and how, and gives you a repair timeline. If insurance is involved, Phil Long contacts your insurer directly to coordinate the claim.
At pick-up, your Phil Long team walks you through the completed repairs, reviews your lifetime warranty, and answers any questions before you drive away.

Guaranteed Work
Your lifetime warranty
Phil Long Collision Center provides a lifetime warranty on all collision repair work. This warranty covers all structural and panel repairs, paint and refinishing, and parts installed as part of the repair. The warranty is tied to vehicle ownership and does not expire while you own the vehicle.
If a repair performed by Phil Long shows a defect, bring the vehicle back. We assess the repair and, if the issue is attributable to our work, correct it at no charge. You do not need a receipt or a case number. Our records track every repair by VIN.

While You Wait
Rental car coordination
If your insurance policy includes rental coverage, Phil Long coordinates directly with the rental agency on your behalf. Let your estimator know at drop-off and we will arrange the rental so it is available when you need it. If your policy does not include rental coverage, Phil Long can still provide a referral to local rental options near our Sinton Road location.
OEM parts and your repair
For vehicles under Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) certification programs, Phil Long uses the parts and procedures the manufacturer requires. That means genuine OEM parts in most cases. Your estimator reviews your policy to determine whether OEM or aftermarket parts apply under your coverage, and will discuss the options with you before work begins. Phil Long advocates for OEM parts whenever your policy supports it.
